Alejandra Velgara Ma

Alejandra Velgara, MA, BCBA, currently serves as the Director of Training and Development at Alora Behavioral Health, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Alejandra accumulated extensive experience at Behavioral Health Works, Inc., where responsibilities included Director of Training and Development and Talent Development Manager from August 2015 to April 2024. Earlier, Alejandra was a Behavior Therapist at Palos Verdes Peninsula School from August 2013 to August 2015. In terms of education, Alejandra is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Behavior Analysis at Capella University and previously earned a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from the University of West Florida, along with Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from UCLA.
