Pao Tizon has extensive experience in human resources and sales coaching, currently serving as an HR Talent Acquisition Supervisor and HR Learning and Development Trainer at Alorica since May 2017. Prior roles include working as a Sales Coach at Tech Mahindra, along with experience as a Quality Analyst and Technical Support Representative at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and roles at Sutherland as a Customer Experience Coach and Technical Support Specialist. Pao Tizon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Ateneo de Davao University, obtained in 2015.
