Proc Dominguez is an experienced professional in the fields of learning delivery and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Learning Delivery at Alorica since November 2024, Proc previously held the position of Head of Global Culture & Development at Root Capital for nearly a year. With a significant tenure at Teleperformance from May 2016 to January 2024, Proc advanced through various roles including Global Training Project Director and Regional Senior Training Manager, and served as LATAM corporate auditor for Training and Development. Earlier career highlights include Operations Manager and Supervisor roles at Teleperformance from 2011 to 2013.
