Jennifer McCormack

Jennifer McCormack is an experienced HR and Finance Operations Manager with a proven track record in managing employee life cycles, payroll, and benefits across various organizations. Currently at Aloware since October 2023, Jennifer drives HR program development to enhance employee engagement and retention. Previously at Woolf, Jennifer led HR operations in a fast-paced SaaS start-up and provided executive support to the Founder and CEO. Jennifer's foundational experience includes roles in accounting, legal assistance, and recruitment, with expertise in financial reporting, project management, and talent acquisition. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
