Sofia Raquel Men

Sofia Raquel Men is a Talent Experience & Communications Expert at Alpega since May 2022, focusing on talent attraction, employer branding, onboarding, and talent management initiatives. Prior to this, Sofia served as a Marketing Content Consultant for Networkme, supported community engagement at UCB, and held various leadership roles at AIESEC in Portugal, including Head of Brand Marketing and Conference & Events Manager. Additionally, experience includes a summer trainee position at Mercer Portugal, focusing on employee assessment and engagement. Sofia holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Lisbon and studied Mandarin at Instituto Confúcio.
