Allan Lutes is an experienced professional in the construction and real estate management industries, currently serving as President of both Alpha Design + Build and Alpha Management Group since 1989 and 1993, respectively. Alpha Design + Build is a comprehensive construction firm in southeast Michigan, while Alpha Management Group focuses on managing and developing residential and commercial properties. Additionally, as Principal of Alpha Fraternity Management since 2006, Allan Lutes oversees services for over 60 campuses nationwide, enhancing operational efficiencies for fraternity and sorority houses. Allan Lutes was also a Partner at Center City Properties LLC from 2012 to 2018, contributing significant local market expertise to the Detroit real estate landscape. Currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Dynamics at the University of Michigan-Flint, Allan Lutes previously earned a degree from the University of Michigan.
