Paulina Sirgo

Paulina Sirgo, PHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management and recruiting. Currently serving as the Director of Intake at Alpine Intel since January 2015, Paulina oversees HR functions for CCG and its portfolio companies, HVACi and StrikeCheck. Responsibilities include internal recruiting, employee training, and the development and implementation of policies and employee benefits. Notable achievements include managing full cycle recruiting processes and establishing annual internship programs that have significantly contributed to company growth. Previous roles include various recruiting and project coordination positions at Staffing Solutions of Hawaii, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, and Coldwell Banker Real Estate, along with internships focused on marketing and coaching. Paulina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Carolina and completed PHR certification in December 2017.
