Thomas Schultze

Thomas Schultze currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Operating Officer at alpitronic since March 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of General Manager at Real Time Systems (RTS) GmbH from February 2021 to March 2022. Additionally, Thomas was Managing Director and COO at congatec from July 2019 to March 2022 and served as Vice President of Global Operations at Ziehm Imaging from January 2013 to June 2019. Thomas's career also includes significant roles at Heidolph Ceske Electromotors and Heidolph Elektro GmbH & Co. KG, where Thomas was Geschäftsführer and Operations Manager, respectively. Thomas holds a degree in Wirtschaftsingenieur from Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences and a certificate in General Management from Universität St. Gallen SGMI.
