Lies Kips

Lies Kips is an experienced product developer with a strong background in bioengineering. Currently serving as a product developer at Alpro since March 2017, Lies previously held the position of junior product developer at the same company. Prior experience includes a role as a PhD researcher at ILVO from December 2012 to February 2017, focusing on the valorisation and stabilisation of horticultural byproducts and conducting pilot scale experiments. Lies also worked as an application developer for a brief period at Threon in September to October 2012, providing technical support. Early career experience includes bartending at Democrazy from January 2008 to December 2010. Lies holds a Master's degree in Bioengineering from Ghent University, as well as international education experiences at Universidad del Golfo de México and SLU - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences.
