Cesar Vera

Cesar Vera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and logistics management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director de Operaciones at Alquería since October 2006, Cesar focuses on driving value through innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence within the supply chain. Previous roles include Director General at EPLAS, where Cesar developed business models for profitable growth in Colombia and Latin America, and Director Regional, responsible for team talent development and commercial operations in the Pacific region. As Gerente de Logistica at Alquería, Cesar defined strategic processes for storage, transportation, and supply planning. Educational qualifications include an Engineering degree from Universidad Católica de Colombia, a Master's degree in Innovation for Business Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and additional executive education from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
