Vladimir Yasychenko

Vladimir Yasychenko serves as the Deputy Head of the Underground Mining Department at Alrosa Company Limited since September 2013, where responsibilities include technical and operational management of three underground diamond mines, participation in mining plans and budgets, and oversight of blasting operations. Previously, Vladimir held various positions at Alrosa, including Chief Specialist and sector manager roles, focusing on mine ventilation, safety, and blasting operations. Prior industry experience includes a role as Senior Mining Engineer at Kinross Gold Corporation, where Vladimir contributed to the development and commissioning of the Dvoinoe UG mine. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Engineering from Moscow State Mining University and a Ph.D. in Geotechnology from Irkutsk National Research Technical University.
