Rayan Habis

Rayan Habis, MBA, HRMP, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President - Head of Human Resources at SEDCO Capital since August 2021. In addition to this role, Rayan is a Member of the Board of Directors and the Compensation & Nomination Committee at ALSHIAKA since June 2021. Previously, Rayan was involved with Yusr International Schools as a Member of the Board of Directors and the Compensation & Nomination Committee from November 2019 to December 2021. Rayan's earlier experience includes serving as the Head of Organization Development & Excellence at SEDCO Holding from September 2014 to July 2021, and as the Head of Human Resources and Section Head - Resourcing & Rewarding at RAWEC from July 2006 to August 2014. Rayan's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Business & Technology, a Bachelor of International Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University, and a program in Organizational Learning in Action (OLA) from IMD.
