Karthik A S has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as Procurement Shared Services Director-APAC at Alstom since October 2023, after holding various roles within the company since March 2018. Previous positions include Sourcing Performance & Efficiency Manager and Procurement Process Efficiency & Digital Transformation Manager, where responsibilities involved managing sourcing performance, deploying new tools, and leading digital transformation initiatives. Prior to Alstom, Karthik held roles at Daimler, Magna International Inc., and Toyota Kirloskar Motor, focusing on supplier identification, procurement processes, and project management. Karthik holds degrees from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and the National Law School of India University.
