Victoria Frink

Victoria Frink is an experienced telecommunications professional with over three decades in various roles at Cincinnati Bell and its affiliated companies. Currently serving as Carrier Expense Manager at altafiber since February 2018, Victoria previously worked as Network Operations Project Manager/Coordinator at CBTS from September 2008 to July 2017, where notable achievements included earning multiple excellence awards and ensuring high customer satisfaction with complex network service implementations. Earlier roles included Technical Associate and Telecommunications Provisioning Associate, where Victoria developed efficiencies and provided customized service setups for major clients. Victoria has a solid educational background with a diploma in General Studies from Clermont Northeastern High School and training in various management and technical areas.
