James Butler

James Butler is a seasoned development consultant currently at Altair Ltd since April 2021, while also serving in a dual role at Butler Developments Ltd as a Land and Acquisitions specialist since April 2020. Previously, James held the position of Land Manager at NDLDN from July 2019 to March 2020 and worked as a Land Buyer for South East Living Group from August 2017 to August 2018. During a university sandwich placement, significant efforts were directed towards understanding the local market in South East London Boroughs and Districts, leading to the identification of numerous development sites. James Butler earned a BSc in Property Development (RICS) from the University of Portsmouth between 2015 and 2019.
