Bernard Noble

Bernard Noble is Managing Director of ClearSky which is currently investing through two funds: ClearSky Power & Technology II and ClearSky Security I. Noble has more than 18 years of business experience. Prior to joining ClearSky in 2012, he was a key member of NextEra’s investing team. Before joining NextEra in 2007, he served in multiple operational and financial roles at Rinker Materials.

Noble holds two B.S. degrees from the Florida State University, in finance and applied economics, respectively. He currently serves as a Director on the boards of Systems Control and Altamira. Additionally, he serves as a Board Observer for BHI Energy, PrecisionHawk and Novinium. Noble formerly served as a Board Observer for Sentient Energy, AutoGrid Systems, Aquion Energy, Greensmith Energy Management Systems and Space-Time Insight.
