Spencer Hylen

Spencer Hylen is an Analyst for ACP. Spencer received a M.Eng. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and in Mathematical Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology while also playing outside linebacker on the varsity football team.
