Shelli Walters

Shelli Walters has extensive experience in law enforcement, serving as a Commander with the City of Altamonte Springs since October 1989, where responsibilities include command staff functions. Prior to this role, Shelli Walters worked as a Police Officer with the Charlotte Police Department from 1986 to 1989, focusing on patrol duties. Education includes a graduate degree in Leadership in Law Enforcement from the FBI National Academy (2006), a certification in Command Officer Development from the Southern Police Institute (2003), a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from DePaul University, and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from Lincoln College (1986).
