Axel Pinto has been with ALTEN since February 2014, currently serving as Chef de projet since early 2021. In this role, Axel Pinto manages technical support for Bouygues Télécom's fixed-line customers, overseeing a nearshoring initiative for complaint processing based in Morocco, while maintaining a French team of four lot managers. Previously, Axel Pinto held the position of Team Leader, responsible for production and Level 1 support of micropayment services for SFR.
