Grace Pelling

Grace Pelling is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Head of Product at Alter since October 2024. Previously, Grace held several senior positions at Thirty Madison from March 2019 to August 2024, including Senior Director of Product, where leadership focused on enhancing patient experiences for brands such as Keeps, Nurx, and Cove. Earlier roles at Thirty Madison included Director of Product, leading efforts in telemedicine solutions for men's health and migraines, and Product Lead for Cove, managing all aspects of product strategy and execution. Grace's career began at Postlight, where positions ranged from Senior Product Manager to Product Manager, and also included an Associate Product Manager role at BOND Inc. Additionally, a fellowship at Balloon Ventures was undertaken. Grace holds a Master's degree from the University of St Andrews.
