Erika Jones

Erika Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fund development and marketing across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Fund Development at Alternatives For Girls since June 2022, Erika is integral to the Leadership Team and manages annual giving programs. Previously, as Chief Development Officer at CARE of Southeastern Michigan from August 2019 to June 2022, Erika played a key role in strategic goal development and led comprehensive fundraising campaigns. Other significant roles include Director of Marketing, Communications and Individual Giving at Judson Center, where Erika oversaw marketing initiatives and managed development committees, and Individual Gifts Manager at Detroit Zoological Society, where notable increases in revenue were achieved. Erika’s career began with positions in political and legislative affairs, enhancing skills in advocacy and community engagement. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Spanish from Western Michigan University.
