Gaayathri Maediratta

Gaayathri Maediratta is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Senior Marketing Manager at Altimetrik since November 2021, Gaayathri previously held various managerial roles at IBM India Pvt. Ltd, including Manager of External Communication and Manager of Corporate Communication from December 2015 to January 2021. Prior experience includes Communication Lead at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, as well as roles at Lenovo, Writers Anonymous, Text 100, and EConnect India Limited. Gaayathri holds an Executive General Management Program degree from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a BA in Journalism, Psychology, and English Literature from Mount Carmel College.
