Sharlinee Maharaj

Sharlinee Maharaj, MBA, CRHA, currently serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at Altitude-sports.com, a position held since August 2021. Previously, Sharlinee held various roles at SSENSE from February 2015 to July 2021, including Director of Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness, where responsibilities included overseeing Talent Management and enhancing organizational practices. Prior to that, Sharlinee was the Director of People Operations and Business Partnerships, and Director of Human Resources, focusing on HR operations during periods of significant growth. At LXR & Co, Sharlinee led the development of the HR function and supported global expansion as Director of People Operations. Experience as Human Resources Manager at Coverdell Canada and Airborne Mobile further contributed to building expertise in HR management, recruitment, and organizational development. Sharlinee holds an EMBA from McGill HEC Montréal, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from McGill University, and a BA in Honours Political Science from Concordia University.
