Lew Demis

Lew Demis is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the foodservice and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager at Alto-Shaam, Inc. since March 2023, Lew previously held the position of Director of Sales at Structural Concepts from June 2012 to March 2023. Prior roles include Regional Sales Manager at TFSEC from November 2005 to June 2012, Regional Digital Prepress Sales Specialist at GE Richards from April 2000 to November 2001, and Electronic Prepress Sales Consultant at Publishing Solutions, Inc. from November 1994 to April 2000. Lew is an alumnus of The University of Akron.
