Thomas John Gallagher

Thomas John Gallagher received an LL M from the Law School of Yale University, and also is a graduate of Villanova University, and of Loyola University School of Law (New Orleans). Mr. Gallagher is a member of the Bar Associations of Washington D.C., New York, New Jersey, & Pennsylvania.

Working extensively in the legal and finance sector for a number of years, including as Legislation Attorney for the Joint Committee on Taxation of the Congress of the United States.

He currently is a Member of the Board of Trident Acquisition Corporation, quoted on the NASDAQ, a position he has held since 2016.

During the past five years he has served on the Boards of Exchequer Capital based in Switzerland, and the Exchequer Trust Company Limited based in New Zealand.
