Kieran Lawrence

Kieran Lawrence is a Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently employed at Alun Griffiths (Contractors) Ltd since May 2021, Kieran leads the commercial management of a major flood defense scheme in Newport Docks. Prior to this role, Kieran worked at Taylor Woodrow from September 2015 to April 2021, where responsibilities included working on the M4 Smart Motorways Project and the pre-construction phase of the A30 Chiverton to Carland Cross scheme, as well as serving as an Apprentice QS and managing various procurement tasks. Kieran began a part-time BSc in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at the University of South Wales in 2017, complementing earlier experience as a Sales Assistant at CMS Teamwear while completing A levels.
