Nicole Baldwin

Nicole Baldwin is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in both military and environmental sectors. Serving in the Royal Canadian Navy since March 2012 as a Naval Combat Information Operator, Nicole has played a critical role in various operations and training initiatives, earning multiple honors such as the Order of Magellan and the NATO Article 5 Active Endeavor Medal. Transitioning to environmental management, Nicole currently serves as Regenerative Agriculture Program Manager at ALUS, developing innovative agricultural practices. Previously, as Restoration Programs Manager at Forests Ontario, Nicole oversaw significant tree planting initiatives and managed substantial budgets while fostering key stakeholder relationships. Academically, Nicole holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Toxicology from the University of Saskatchewan.
