Donnie Thompson

Donnie Thompson is an accomplished finance and operations leader with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and budget management. Currently serving as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Alutiiq, LLC, Donnie leads budgeting and reporting for 24 subsidiaries, aligning organizational goals with financial strategies. As a consultant and career coach with Thompson & Company, Donnie specializes in leadership development and financial integrity. Previous roles include senior finance positions at Northrop Grumman Corporation, AMICO, Toyota Industrial Equipment, Endo Pharmaceuticals, and Boeing, where Donnie managed finance operations, pricing strategies, and mergers & acquisitions. Donnie holds a Master’s degree in Management and Human Resource Management from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Athens State University.
