Max Swerdloff

Max Swerdloff is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property leasing and investment services. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Alvarez & Marsal Property Solutions since March 2024, Swerdloff previously held a role in Retail and Commercial Leasing at Kushner from February 2018 to March 2024, where the focus was on reshaping urban living and working spaces. Prior to that, Swerdloff was the Associate Director at Eastern Consolidated, a leading real estate investment firm in Manhattan, from July 2015 to February 2018, contributing to the acquisition, disposition, and financing of diverse properties in the New York market. Swerdloff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management between 2011 and 2015.
