Kelly Dustin Sluder

Kelly Dustin Sluder possesses extensive experience in mountain operations, snowmaking, and park management, with a career spanning from 2003 to the present. Currently employed at Alyeska Resort as a Park Builder and Cat Operator since 2023, previous roles include Assistant Director of Mountain Operations and Bike Park Manager at Hilltop Ski Area. Kelly has also served as a Mountain Guide at Ascending Path and held various positions at Eaglecrest Ski Area, Northstar Trekking, and Beech Mountain Resort. Educational credentials include a degree in Sports Science from Tusculum University and multiple certifications in snowboarding instruction, avalanche awareness, wilderness medicine, and snowcat operation.
