Weichselbaumer Georg

Weichselbaumer Georg is an accomplished chemist with extensive experience in leadership roles within the chemical industry. Since July 2019, Weichselbaumer serves as Board Member and Chief Scientific Officer at AlzChem Group AG, following a tenure as Vice President of Chemistry and Building Blocks at AlzChem AG beginning in April 2012. Prior to these positions, Weichselbaumer held the role of Geschäftsführer at WeylChem Frankfurt GmbH from July 2007 to March 2012 and served as Head of Business Unit Custom Manufacturing at Clariant from July 2006 to June 2007. Weichselbaumer obtained a doctorate in chemistry from the Technical University of Munich between 1986 and 1989.
