Tim Ritz is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in leading recruitment teams and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Teamleiter Recruitment Office at Amadeus FiRe AG since September 2018, Tim Ritz is responsible for overseeing the recruitment team, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring the alignment of recruitment activities with corporate objectives. Previously, Tim Ritz held the title of Senior Recruiter Office at Amadeus FiRe AG and was involved in recruiting specialists and executives, as well as managing the interview process and fostering relationships with potential candidates. Earlier experience includes a role as a Recruiter for Office & IT-Services at Lumileds and as a Werkstudent in international product management. Tim Ritz holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2018.
