Jixian Ho

Jixian Ho serves as the Course Experience Team Product Owner at AmazingTalker since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading the team to enhance experiences for students and teachers while driving the development of AmazingTalker’s video platform, which improved user retention and reduced video costs. Previously, as Bella AI Tutor Product Owner, Jixian launched a new AI-driven English learning product, reaching 60,000 users and achieving significant daily engagement shortly after its release. Jixian also optimized the AmazingTalker platform as a Product Designer for the Teacher Team, enhancing teaching experiences and increasing conversion rates by over 20%. Prior experience includes a position as Brand Designer at Snapask, contributing to the brand identities of various educational products, and an internship as Interaction Designer at Tencent, focusing on user-centric design. Jixian holds an M.A. in Design from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and a B.A. in Media and Visual Communication from Chang Gung University.
