Ben Robbins

Ben Robbins is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Amazon since April 2020, Ben is spearheading a new team within the Device Advertising Products & Personalization team and previously led an internal start-up initiative. Prior to Amazon, Ben held the position of Head of Engineering at Vix Technology, driving the development of next-generation automated fare collection systems. Ben also served as Chief Information Officer at Jardine Lloyd Thompson Australia, overseeing a significant IT budget and infrastructure for over 1,300 staff across Australia and New Zealand. Additional roles include Group Head of Application Development at JLT Group and Principal Engineer/Architect at Ripple Systems. Ben holds a PhD and a Bachelor's degree with first-class honors in Computer Science from The University of Western Australia.
