Bijish Menon

Bijish Menon is a seasoned recruitment and HR leader with over two decades of experience, currently serving as the Recruitment Leader for Tech and G&A in India at Amazon since June 2012. In this role, Bijish leads a team of 120-160 professionals, focusing on developing and executing recruitment strategies, including initiatives for diversity and inclusion. Bijish's prior roles at Amazon include HR Leader for CTPS, supporting approximately 17,000 employees across multiple locations, and HR Lead for the Finance vertical, overseeing recruitment for finance and IT domains. Before Amazon, Bijish held the position of Assistant Vice President for HR at GENPACT LLC from August 2000 to June 2012. Bijish holds a degree in Hotel Management from IHM - Jaipur, completed in 2000.
