Ghazal Shams

Ghazal Shams is an experienced data scientist with a strong background in industrial engineering. Having earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University in 2020, Ghazal has held positions such as Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist at Wells Fargo, and Data Scientist at Amazon. Additionally, relevant experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Arizona State University, and internships at Microsoft as a Data and Applied Scientist Intern and at American Express as a Data Scientist Intern. Ghazal Shams completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering at Sharif University of Technology in 2014.
