Ishita Das

Ishita Das is an accomplished Project Manager at Service Design Network since January 2023, alongside a role as a Design Mentor at adplist.org since October 2022, where guidance is provided to aspiring and experienced designers in UX, service, product design, and design management. Prior experiences include serving as a Service and UX Designer at Amazon in the FinTech domain, as well as a Behavioral Designer and Strategist at Navipoint Health, focusing on customer experience in health-tech. Ishita has held various mentorship and leadership roles at Savannah College of Art and Design, including Graduate Mentor and Service Design Student Ambassador. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Service Design from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Product, and Communication Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology India.
