Jill Phillips Ortega

Jill Phillips Ortega is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and leadership. Currently serving as General Manager at Amazon, Jill previously held several key roles at General Motors, including Director of Operations - General Assembly, North American Regional Director, and Director of General Assembly. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo, obtained between 1992 and 1997, and has further enhanced business acumen through executive education at Harvard Business School.
