Khyathi Kotian

Khyathi Kotian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as an L&D Program Lead at Amazon since September 2023, Khyathi previously held the role of HR Executive at Bajaj Electricals Ltd from February 2022 to September 2023 and worked as an Associate in Organizational Development at LetsEndorse from September 2020 to August 2021. Earlier, Khyathi was the Head Human Resources Generalist at M/s BLANK from February 2019 to July 2020 and completed a summer trainee project at the Reserve Bank of India focused on employee attitudes towards performance management systems. Khyathi's educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Workforce Development and Training from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, an MBA in Human Resources Management from DY Patil University, and a Bachelor of Management Studies in Finance from the University of Mumbai.
