Maureen Carmody

Maureen Carmody is an experienced HR leader with a strong background in developing talent and strategic partnerships across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Capability & Impact at Amazon since May 2020, Maureen is responsible for nurturing leadership talent within the HR and Operations functions. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources for Worldwide Customer Service at Amazon, Vice President of HR North America & Organizational Development at The Nature's Bounty Co., and Vice President of HR at Toys"R"Us. Maureen has also held significant positions at L'Oréal, AbbVie, Johnson & Johnson, and Roche, focusing on talent development, organizational restructuring, and strategic HR initiatives. Maureen holds a BA in Human Resources Development from Muhlenberg College and additional education from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
