Nikitha Addala holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering for Women, completed in 2022. Currently serving as a Franchise Associate and formerly as a Seller Account Associate at SustainKart since July 2022, Nikitha has contributed to entrepreneurial initiatives by presenting a Pitch Deck for the healthy snack brand "Diet Snacks" during an Entrepreneurship and Leadership Development Program at IIMV FIELD, securing 3rd position out of 30 teams in the pitch fest finals. Previous experience includes an Engineering Internship at Candela Technologies, Inc. and an internship at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, where skills in networking and server design were developed using Cisco Packet Tracker.
