Ray Sweha is an experienced product management professional with a robust background in data-driven solutions and digital advertising. Currently serving as a Product lead at Amazon since August 2022, Ray is responsible for accelerating ADSP adoption through Resellers and has successfully launched innovative advertising products for local small and medium-sized businesses. Previously, as Sr Director of Product Management at RHI Group Inc, Ray developed a transformative product for brick-and-mortar retail. Ray's expertise further extends to Homesite Insurance, where leadership in Personalization and Segmentation optimized insurance offerings. With prior roles at FreeWheel and Verizon Labs, Ray demonstrated a strong track record in product development and data science. Ray holds a PhD in Computer Science from Boston University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Alexandria, Egypt.
