Venkata Sridhar Gollapudi is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in supply chain and operations management. Currently serving as Leader in Planning and Supply Chain at Amazon, Venkata has previously held key roles, including Director of Supply Chain Manufacturing at Kellogg Company and Associate Director at Johnson & Johnson, where responsibilities spanned manufacturing strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and supply chain optimization. Venkata's foundational experience includes leadership positions at Coca-Cola and Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, where expertise in manufacturing operations and process improvement was demonstrated. Academically, Venkata holds an Executive Leadership degree from Cornell University and an MBA in Operations from the Coca-Cola Bottling Business School, complemented by a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
