Mileika Purdie

Mileika Purdie is an experienced product developer with a strong background in the cosmetics and apparel industries. Currently working at Amelia Knight Cosmetics Ltd since January 2021, Mileika coordinates product creation, manages client and supplier relationships, and conducts trend research. Prior experience includes a senior role at Character World Limited, where Mileika liaised with licensors and ensured product quality standards. At Seed Heritage, as a product developer and production coordinator, responsibilities included managing styles from concept to shipment and conducting fittings. Additional roles at Cotton On Group, Best Corporation, and First Scene Costume Hire provided diverse experience in product development, merchandising, and retail buying. Mileika holds a Bachelor of Fashion Design in Women's Apparel from Auckland University of Technology.
