Matthew Levinson

Matthew Levinson is an experienced culinary professional and hospitality expert, currently serving as the Director of Hospitality and Executive Chef at Amend Treatment since April 2022. Matthew has a diverse background in food production and media, having worked as Executive Producer, Co-Star, and Editor for "The Utter Nonsense Podcast" from June 2020 to January 2022, as well as Chef on Site and Producer for the television show "Off The Eaten Path." Previous roles include Executive Producer and Chef on Site for the YouTube series "Basic Batches," Sous Chef at LA Roots Catering, and various positions at renowned establishments such as Nobu Restaurant and Lola Mexican Fish House. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Restaurant/Food Services Management and an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
