Tom Hart

Tom Hart is a highly experienced estimator with a career spanning over three decades in various sectors, including aerospace, technology, environment, and nuclear services. Since April 2003, Tom has held the position of Senior Principal Estimator at Amentum and has also worked with Jacobs Engineering and Construction as a Programme Estimator. With a solid background in complex project estimation across multiple industries, Tom has been involved in significant programs such as the Barrow Site Redevelopment Programme for BAE Systems. Prior experience includes serving as Estimating Manager at McLean Engineering and accumulating extensive expertise in both the UK and international markets. Tom holds a degree in Fabrication and Welding from Springburn College, Glasgow.
