Karthik Kumaaravel

Karthik Kumaaravel is an experienced professional in SAP HCM and system analysis with a solid background in various industries. Currently serving as Function Lead at Ameri100 since April 2023, Karthik has been with International Paper as a Senior System Analyst since November 2013, focusing on HCM system maintenance and project implementations. Prior experience includes roles at Kraft Foods Group, where Karthik worked as a Technofunctional consultant, contributing to the implementation of SAP HCM across the company, and at IBM Global Services in various consultant positions, including onsite coordinator roles for South West Airlines and Colgate-Palmolive during their SAP HR implementation projects. Karthik holds a Bachelor's degree in Geo Informatics from Anna University, earned between 2001 and 2005.
