Carlyn Tribble Repchak

Carlyn Tribble Repchak is the American Advertising Awards Director at American Advertising Federation-Orlando. Carlyn was previously the Assistant Director of Events at Florida Citrus Sports. Carlyn has been in their current position since May 2019.

Repchak is responsible for direction and execution of all organization events at American Advertising Federation-Orlando, ranging from private social events to game-day fan hospitality functions. Carlyn manages all event logistics including budgets, timelines, vendors and staffing.

Repchak developed and executed new event concepts and formats to meet organization goals while they were at Florida Citrus Sports. Carlyn reimagined the organization’s primary fundraising event to a food & wine showcase utilizing the premium suite and club spaces of Camping World Stadium. Additionally, they moved VIP social events for both bowl games (featuring executives and officials from participating teams and sponsors) to a more open and consistent space. Carlyn also expanded the volunteer program with more structured training/orientation and added appreciation events. Lastly, they created a new event series focused on networking among women to stimulate engagement among an underrepresented segment of the organization’s customer base.

Repchak has always been passionate about event planning and execution. Carlyn received their bachelor’s degree in Event Management from Florida State University.

Carlyn Tribble Repchak has a Bachelor in Science Recreation Parks and Tourism from University of Florida.
