Margaret Koch is an accomplished museum professional with extensive experience in exhibition planning, design, and educational programming. Currently serving as Chair of the Texas America250 Commission and a Council Member of the American Association for State and Local History, Margaret has held prominent roles including Director at the Bullock Texas State History Museum since 2018 and President of the Texas Association of Museums from 2021 to 2023. Prior experience includes directing exhibitions and research at the Missouri History Museum, where Margaret managed a team of 20, and overseeing international student programs at the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago.
