Jen Worth

Jen Worth serves as the Director of Workforce and Economic Development at the American Association of Community Colleges since June 2008, focusing on designing economic development plans and managing substantial budgets for community college initiatives. With extensive experience in workforce development, Jen orchestrates partnerships with federal agencies and manages a major annual conference for community college leaders. Previous roles include Officer at the Academy for Educational Development, where Jen developed a national alternative high school credential, and Policy Analyst at the National Association of Workforce Boards. Jen holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The George Washington University.
